Reporting A Review

If you believe a review of your program, or any program, is false, please contact us. To preserve the integrity of our reviews, we take fake reviewers very seriously. We will work with you to determine whether a review was written by someone otherthan a student or graduate of your program. We also work with GoAbroad.com to verify all our listings.

Our procedure to verify that a review is authentic is as follows:

1. We first email the student with a request for authentication. of their identity. (Users must first enter an email address in order to leave a review).
2. Together with you and the study abroad office of the home institution, we review the participant record for the program(s) and semester(s) to which the review claims to pertain.
3. If the identity of the reviewer is in question, we ask for an emailed scan of an ID such as a driver's license or a passport.
4. We remove the review if we have failed to find proof from either of these two sources that the review is written by a real graduate of the program in question.
