(This orientation and Experience Australia program takes place before the student arrives at the Australian university campus to begin campus orientation). Another major feature of the AEC program is that students have total flexibility in planning how they arrange their (1) travel - there are no forced group airfares which often are more expensive and students have the option of buying lower student airfares, frequent flier miles, etc. and (2) housing - the AEC offers options including the option of taking up a few days temporary housing followed by permanent housing based on options available.
