CISabroad - Semester in Melbourne Could have been better, but still amazing

Studying in Melbourne at La Trobe was great. While there were lots of international and exchange students, there was no one there to hold your hand through it, which I know some people aren't into. If you are confident and independent, this course will only help strengthen those skills, but don't expect to have anyone to run crying to. CIS was okay except when it came to communication about the trip, which I know bothered a lot of people. La Trobe is actually quite a distance from the city, at least an hour via public transportation, and it is kind of a pain to get around the area without a car. But Melbourne is fabulous so you should still go. But just another warning-- it gets VERY cold, so pack a few jackets with that bikini.
