The five weeks in Paris have been planned to give KIIS students a balance between structured time for classes and program activities and unstructured time for study, for completing projects, and for the pursuit of individual interests, such as travel. Activities in class may include, but are not limited to: lectures in museums, walking tours of neighborhoods, visits at the theater, excursions to movies, a day trip outside of Paris, etc. All of these opportunities offer each student abundant occasions to strengthen their knowledge of French through content-based courses.
The entire length of the program will be spent in Paris, the capital of France and the center of the political, economic and cultural life of the country with group excursions to Giverny, the Louvre, the theater and a picnic. A Navigo metro/bus pass allows students to travel with ease throughout the city. Less
