I studied abroad in high school and had a wonderful experience. I lived with a host family, which I feel is essential to any study abroad experience. The school was great, but not a terribly academic experience. The program administration was helpful but fairly removed from my experience which worked perfectly for me but might be less ideal for others. Read more

Classes were generally boring because the professors were very disinterested in the students and unclear about their expectations for students. There was only ONE day of orientation and then no guidance after that. I had a terrible time. However, Galway is beautiful. Read more
