I went to Granada, beautiful town in the heart of hot Andalucia! Small, old, inspiring, classic european design.... The school I went to was strong, classes were everyday, very intensive courses in Spanish. From almost no spanish in the beginning I came to level of short conversations with locals at the end of the month. So, people, if you are going there for school, it is definitely a right choice. This program was great. There weren't as many people in my group as I expected (only 6) but it was definitely the best program of all the other students studying abroad - we did way more activities. The city is manageable and has lots of little shops and bars to explore, plus great shopping if you go during July, the month when everything is on sale like Black Friday here. My homestay was perfect and the classes taught me a lot. Definitely a ... Read more

Studying abroad in Granada in July of 2010 was absolutely amazing. First of all you realize that you are in an undoubtedly gorgeous medieval Spanish town that mixes Moorish, Catholic, Jewish and Romani heritage that any history buff would love.
